Fermented beverages production line

OBRAM delivers solutions for fermented beverages production sections (yoghurt, kefir, cream and buttermilk), including the following components:
 

System for preparation of milk mixture:
System contains set for dissolving and swelling of dry ingredients.  


System for heat treatment:
Pasteurizing line for heat treatment in high temperature, deaeration and homogenization.

System for fermentation processes:
Fermentation is being held in fermentors, equipped with three jackets and agitator of smoothly regulated rotation speed. Additionally it is equipped with steryle air preparation system and probe valve with steam treatment for higher quality of final product.
